Senior Pastor – Paul Beck
Paul S. Beck began serving as the Senior Pastor of Loudonville Community Church in August 2014. He is the seventh senior pastor at LCC since its incorporation in 1953. Prior to coming to Loudonville, he and his wife Lisa had the privilege of serving over the past twenty-five years in pastoral ministry. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Talbot School of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Since the beginning of his ministry, God has cultivated in Paul’s heart a love for the church and a desire to see the body of Christ impact communities for the sake of Christ. His passion is to serve a gospel-centered church that is committed to biblical preaching, God-centered worship and life-transforming discipleship. Paul and his wife, Lisa, have two adult children, Jonathan and Janelle.

Pastor of Ministries – Jeff Robinson
Jeff joined the staff at LCC as Director of Missions in July 2010. His role later changed to full-time Director of Outreach in the winter of 2012 and then to Pastor of Ministries in the spring of 2012. Prior to coming here, he served in churches in New Jersey and New York. He holds degrees from Philadelphia Biblical University (B.S., 1996) and Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div., 2000). He grew up on the mission field as the son of church planters in Buenos Aires, Argentina and later in Valencia, Spain. Jeff is passionate about equipping Christians to personally share the Gospel, which he believes gives meaning and purpose to life on earth. Jeff and his wife, Jennifer, have four sons, Andrew, Matthew, Micah and Kenan.

Pastor of Administration – Wally Hills
Wally joined the staff in July 2000. He has a Master of Theological Studies degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and is a Certified Church Administrator. A former jet pilot, he served more than twenty years in the U.S. Marine Corps before coming to LCC. His wife, Katie, is the Head of School of Loudonville Christian School. Wally and his wife, Katie, have two grown sons, David and John. David and his wife, Allison, have three children, Jack, Michael and Arabelle Grace. John and his wife, Elisa, have two children, John, Jr. and Lila.

Ministry Directors

Children – Danielle Hedgepeth
Danielle joined the staff as Director of Children’s Ministries in 2013. Prior to this, she worked for Camp Cedarbrook in the Adirondacks for 13 years in various positions, most recently as the Assistant Director. She has a degree in Elementary Education from Wheaton College (BA, 1999). Danielle and her husband, Tim, have attended LCC since 2003. They have two daughters, Allison and Kristen. It is her desire to see children come to Christ and learn to be disciples of Christ, so that they can go out and impact their world for Christ.

Students – Ethan Appell
Ethan joined the staff as Director of Student Ministries in February of 2016. He came to LCC after having graduated from Appalachian Bible College (BA, 2015). His prior ministry experience includes leading the youth group of Emmanuel Baptist Church in WV, working as an adventure facilitator at Alpine Adventures and serving on the program staff at Sacandaga Bible Conference. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors doing things such as rock climbing, whitewater rafting, and hiking. Ethan enjoys these things most when doing them with his wife, Becky! Right now they have put these activities on hold as they adjust to being the parents of Kinsley! 

Worship – James Park
James joined the staff as Director of Worship Arts in August 2017.  Prior to this, he served
for 5 years in Boston, MA as a Director of Worship and other ministry roles.  He graduated
with a degree in religion from The University of Georgia, and a Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.  James and his wife, Yun Mi, have two daughters, Nora and Zoe.  His passion is to see the songs that people sing about God affect the lives they live.  James enjoys carbs, college football Saturdays, any movie made by Marvel, but most of all spending time with his family.
