Senior Pastor - Stan Key

	Raised in Georgia as the son of a Methodist pastor, Stanley Key is the sixth senior pastor at LCC. A graduate of Asbury College (B.A., 1975), Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div., 1979) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Th.M., 1985), Pastor Stan was called to LCC in August, 1994. Prior to coming to LCC, Pastor Stan had worked in pastoral ministry in Virginia, Kentucky and Illinois. For over ten years he and his family served as missionaries with OMS International in France where Stanley helped to plant and then pastor a French congregation. Katy Key is the daughter of the first pastor of LCC, Dennis Kinlaw, and spent the first ten years of her life at Loudonville. Stan and Katy have three daughters, Anna, Sarah and Elisabeth.

 

Associate Pastor of Worship Ministries - Pastor Mike Conley

	Mike came to Loudonville after serving in churches in Dallas and Boston. Raised in Syracuse, he is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (MACE, 1999) . His passions are growing closer to Christ, music, people, the great outdoors and Starbucks Coffee. Before studying for the ministry, Mike had a thriving practice as a Nurse Practitioner for fifteen years. Mike and Cindy have a house filled with laughter and adventure with their four children: Jim, Margaret, Sophia and Emma.

 

Church Business Administrator - Wallace Hills

	Wallace joined the LCC staff in July 2000. A former jet pilot, he is a retired military officer who came to LCC after serving more than twenty years in the U.S. Marine Corps. A native of Long Island, New York, he and his wife Katie live in Latham and have two sons, David and John. David is a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy and John is a Midshipman at the U.S. Naval Academy.

 

Director of Missions - Don Jones

	Don was born in Colorado and raised in Kansas and Troy, New York. He was commissioned as an officer with the Salvation Army serving eleven years with three in the Caribbean, and then retired from banking in 2001. He and his wife Tricia had been active in missions leading short-term mission trips and traveling extensively throughout six continents. Don has two children Beth and Brent.

 

Director of Student Ministries - Joe Lynskey

	Joe was raised in southern New Jersey and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from The King's College in Briarcliff Manor, New York. Joe met his wife Cathy in his senior year at college. They were married in November of 1980. They have three grown children, Nick, Matt and Christine. He has been involved in many ministries at various churches and local organizations.

 

Director of Children's Ministries - Joy Mistur

	Joy joined the LCC staff in January 2005. She was raised on a dairy farm in western New York State and received her B.A. in studio art and M.A. in education. As an elementary school teacher and area artist, Joy has served the home school community for over fifteen years. She is passionate about connecting children to Jesus Christ. Joy lives with her husband, Mark, and their children Elliot, Evan, and Elisabeth in Troy.

 

Director of Congregational Care - Carl Noakes

	Carl began serving on LCC staff in 2005. He has an Associate of Pastoral Ministries degree from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and has served as an on-call Chaplain at Samaritan Hospital in Troy for several years. He is currently enrolled as a M.Div. student with Northeastern Seminary at Roberts Wesleyan College. Carl and his wife Kim are blessed to have four children; Julia, Jediah, Jalena and Johanna.

 

Director of Women's Ministries - Kathy Tyrrell

	Kathy came on part time staff in 1999 having been involved in ministry as a Bible Study Teacher and a support giver for women experiencing crisis. In addition to serving women, Kathy provides leadership to the nursery ministry. She has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood and taught pre-school from 1972-1998. Kathy and her husband, Dick, have attended LCC since 1985. They have two children, MacNean and Carrick.

 

Church Office Manager - Cathy Lynskey

	Cathy started working at LCC in 1997. She was born and raised in northern New Jersey. She met her husband, Joe, while attending The Kings College in Briarcliff Manor, NY and they married in 1980. Before beginning her career at LCC, she devoted most of her time in raising her three children, Nick, Matt and Christine. She was also actively involved in various ministries of the church: women's Bible studies, Junior and Senior High Youth Groups and Sunday School.
