What to Expect?
Looking for an evangelical church in the Albany area? We would love for you to visit and see if Loudonville Community Church might be the place for you!
Loudonville Community Church exists to reach and teach people to become devoted disciples of Jesus Christ, sending them to serve in their families, church, communities and around the world. Our history dates back to the 1950s when a small group of people in Loudonville founded our church to share faith in Jesus with this region, and had a vision for the world. We are a nondenominational, evangelical Christian church. That means that we are governed by our own elders, not an outside organization. About 1,100 people join to worship at LCC each Sunday.
What does a Sunday Morning at Loudonville look like?
We have a main entry area that is an atrium that we call “The Commons.” Here you will be greeted at the door and you’ll find coffee and conversation ready for you. Each service lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes. No one will single you out as a visitor. Also, we don't expect our visitors to give. So feel free to let the offering plate pass by when it comes down your row.
Kids are welcome to attend worship services with you. We also provide different options for children during the worship service. So feel free to take advantage of those. Between our two morning services we offer a variety of Sunday-morning programs for children, teens and adults. We do this to allow people to interact in smaller groups to help them grow and find a sense of community in the journey.
What should I wear?
We are not fussy about what we wear – come casual or dressed up. Be comfortable - we care more about you than your clothes.
What does LCC have for my family?
We love children here at LCC and believe they are an integral part of our worship. We want them to enjoy church too! We provide a few different services each Sunday for your children.
Check in for all children's programs at the LC Kids Welcome Desk in the Commons before going to classrooms.
