MOMs
- Christine Crachi & Jennifer Winne
MOMs stands for "Morning Out for Mothers." Our purpose is to meet the needs of moms with preschoolers. We meet first as a large group and then as smaller discussion groups from 9:00-11:30 AM, on the second and fourth Tuesdays from September to May. All mothers of young children are invited to a morning of refreshments, fellowship, a craft and an opportunity to discuss their concerns of being a wife and mother or a single mother of young children. Volunteers from LCC provide childcare for ages birth to five years of age with a Bible-based curriculum for the older children. In addition to the Tuesday meetings, there is a Bible study for moms led by Olga Gile that meets on the first and third Mondays of the month. We meet in the Commons at 9:30 AM and child care is provided. MOMs is a wonderful opportunity to reach out to non-churched women.

Sunday School - Adults
Sunday School classes for adults meet every Sunday morning from 9:45- 10:50 AM. Sunday School classes provide an opportunity to grow in faith and fellowship with others in the church family. Certain community groups are ongoing:
- The Voyage – A class for young married couples that provides fellowship and teaching of God’s Word.
- Sojourners – A class for people generally between 30 and 45 years of age. This community focuses on Bible teaching in a relational setting.
- College and Career Class – Focusing mainly on college-aged attendees, this class provides a place to find both Christ-centered teaching and Christian fellowship.
Several other special-topics classes are also available. A Sunday School brochure, prepared quarterly and describing additional classes, is made available at the Information Center. The brochure for each new quarter is also inserted at the first day of that quarter in the Sunday Worship Guide.
