Senior Pastor - Stan Key
Pastor Stan came in 1994 as the sixth Senior Pastor of LCC. He is a graduate of Asbury College (B.A.), Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Th.M.). Prior to coming to LCC, Stan worked in pastoral ministry in Virginia, Kentucky and Illinois. For over ten years he and his family served as missionaries in France with OMS International. Currently, he serves on the board of two missions organizations, works with a church planting movement in Africa, serves on the board of a mission hospital in Congo and frequently preaches in various settings both in the US and abroad. Stan and his wife Katy have three daughters: Anna, Sarah (who is married to Adam Aukerman) and Elisabeth and one grandson, Jaden.

Pastor of Ministry - Mike Conley

Mike came to Loudonville in 2004; he is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (MACE-1999). Prior to coming to Loudonville, he served in churches in Dallas and Boston. In Mike’s “other life,” he was a Nurse Practitioner. Mike is passionate about helping others grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus; he is also passionate about Starbucks, where you will often see him meeting with people. Mike and his wife, Cindy, have four children: Jim, Meg, Sophie and Emma.

Church Business Administrator - Wallace Hills

Wally joined the staff in July 2000. In 2004, Wally was recognized as a Fellow of Church Business Administration (FCBA) by the National Association of Church Business Administration (NACBA). A former jet pilot, he is a retired military officer, serving more than twenty years in the U.S. Marine Corps. His wife, Katie is Head of School at Loudonville Christian School. Wally and Katie have two grown sons, David and John, who both live in Monterey, California. David and his wife, Allison have three children, Jack, Michael and Arabelle, and John and his wife, Elisa have a son, John Jr.

Pastor of Student and Young Adult Ministries - Garth Allen
Garth came to Loudonville in 2008. He had previously served as a youth minister in Dallas, TX. Garth is a Ph.D. candidate in the History of the Christian Tradition at Southern Methodist University. He also has degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div., 2004), Messiah College (B.S., 1991) and Word of Life Bible Institute (Diploma, 1987). Garth was raised in upstate New York and worked in pharmaceutical research prior to going to seminary. Garth’s wife, Ashley, attended LCC during her childhood and is also an alumnus of LCS. Garth and Ashley have three children: Amanda, Cassidy and Garth Jr.

Pastor of Worship Ministries - Uday Balasundaram

Uday joined the staff of Loudonville Community Church as Pastor of Worship Ministries in January 2010. He is here with his wife, Sujatha, and two daughters, Nadira and Aradhya. Prior to coming to Loudonville, Uday worked in music composition in the film and advertising industry in India where he grew up. He has also served in churches in the US and in India. He is currently working on a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary. Uday envisions an army of artists on fire for the Lord, using their God-given gifts in fresh and creative ways for God’s glory, here and around the world. As Pastor of Worship Ministries, he is privileged to serve alongside many gifted people, to grow with and to equip them to do what God has ultimately called them to be – mature disciples in Christ.

Director of College and Career Ministries - Joe Lynskey joel@lcchurch.org
Joe has been on staff with LCC since 2002. He originally served as the Director of Student Ministries, providing leadership and direction for Common Ground. In his new role, he is providing leadership for the newly formed and rapidly growing group of young adults, TheDwelling. Joe is a graduate of The King's College (B.S., 1980). Joe and his wife, Cathy, have three children: Nick, Matt and Christine. Matt and his wife Sukey have twin daughters named Leila and Abigail.

Director of Outreach - Jeff Robinson
Jeff joined the staff at LCC as Director of Missions in July 2010. In July 2011 his role changed to full-time Director of Outreach, which includes his previous role as Director of Missions. Prior to coming here, he served in churches in New Jersey and New York. He holds degrees from Philadelphia Biblical University (B.S., 1996) and Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div., 2000). He grew up on the mission field as the son of church planters in Buenos Aires, Argentina and later in Valencia, Spain. Jeff is passionate about equipping Christians to personally share the Gospel, which he believes gives meaning and purpose to life on earth. Jeff and his wife, Jennifer, have three sons: Andrew, Matthew and Micah.

Director of Children's Ministries - Joy Mistur

Joy has ministered to children in the Capital District since 1985 as a private school teacher, day care teacher and home school community administrator. She has a BA in Studio Art Education and an MA in TESOL. Joy joined the LCC staff in 2005 and is passionate to continue to reach and teach children and their families about Jesus Christ. Joy and her husband, Mark, have three children: Elliot, Evan and Elisabeth.

Director of Women's Ministries - Kathy Tyrrell
Kathy has been on staff at Loudonville since 1999, after being involved in ministry for many years, teaching Bible studies and supporting women experiencing crisis. Kathy has a passion to point women to Jesus Christ in order that they may experience the abundant life He promises us. She has an Associates degree in Early Childhood and taught preschool from 1972-1998. Kathy and her husband, Dick, have attended LCC since 1985. They have two grown children, MacNean and his wife Connie, and Carrick. They also have two precious grandchildren, Caoimhe and Ronan.
